High Strength Steel Plate

High strength steel plate also name as hsla steel plate which under quenched and tempered are mainly made mechanical device and other structural elements and so on drilling machine, power shovel, electricity drive wheel counter- mine trolley, mineral product automobile, excavator, car loader.These high strength steel plate have to be done Quenched and tempered heat treatment when rolling.For EN 10025-6 S960QL,the minimum yield strength shall be 960Mpa and tensile strength within 980-1150Mpa.

 Technical Requirements for high strength steel plate: 
♦ All grades shall be done Quenched and Tempered
♦ S...Q grades shall be done Charp-V notch test under minus 20 degree centigrade
♦ S...QL grades shall be done Charp-V notch test under minus 40 degree centigrade
♦ S...QL1 grades shall be done Charp-V notch test under minus 60 degree centigrade
