High Strength Ship Plate

High strength ship plate owned higher values in yield strength and tensile strength than common strength ship plate which can be used in high mechnical structruals and cranes in ships and vessels.According to the different temperatures in Charp V-noth impacting,these high strength ship plates were divided as Grade AH,DH,EH and FH.

Technical Requirements for high strength ship plate :
♦ Grade AH 32/36/40 done Low temperature impacting under 0 degree centigrade
♦ Grade DH 32/36/40 done Low temperature impacting under minus 20 degree centigrade
♦ Grade EH 32/36/40 done Low temperature impacting under minus 40 degree centigrade
♦ Grade FH 32/36/40 done Low temperature impacting under minus 60 degree centigrade

Additional Services:
♦ Z-test under Z15,Z25 and Z35
♦ Issued Orginal Mill test certificate under EN 10204 FORMAT 3.2
♦ Shot blasting and Painting,Cutting and welding as per end user’s demands
