Corten Steel Plate

Corten steel plate named by ability of resisting atmospheric corrosion and weathering resistance,so mostly called as weathering steel plate.These corten steel plate form a protective layer on their surface under the influence of the weather,because adding cooper but limited phosphorus and sulphur when rolling.Our weathering steel plates are used in welded briges,high buildings and shipping container,and other outside steel structures in bad situiation.

  Technical Requirements for corten plate: 
♦ The chemical element Cr of Ladle analysis in Corten A shall be within 0.50-1.25 %
♦ The chemical element Cr of Ladle analysis in Corten B shall be within 0.40-0.65 %
♦ The chemical element P of Ladle analysis in Corten B shall be belows 0.03 %
♦ Low temperature impacting test
