RINA Grade E shipbuilding steel plate mainly used to build vessels which are sailing in cold ocean waters belows minus 40 centigree.Besides RINA Grade E,xinsteel also roll shipbuilding steel plate Grade E according to other international classification societies such as LR,DNV,KR,NK,CCS,BV,ABS,GL.
