Angang signed pelletizing distribution agreements with its brother companies

Anshan Iron and Steel announced ore purchase and agency entered into a service agreement with a subsidiary of the parent companies Angang Group International Trade, and entered into a pelletizing distribution agreement with the parent companies Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation.

According to ore purchase and agency services agreement,Angang will purchase magnetite from Angang Group International Trade as a raw material in order to meet production needs, and according to the distribution agreement,Anshan Iron and Steel Group Company will purchase pelletizing for resale and distribution of pellets from Angang.
