Can A516 GRADE 70 carbon steel plate use in low temperature ?

Hot rolled A516 GRADE 70 carbon steel plate can be used in low and Moderate temperature,normally charpy V-notch impacting test can be done at lowest -50℃ for A516 Grade 70 steel plate.In specification ASTM A516/A516M,are available in four grades having different tensile strength levels:A516 Grade 55 steel plate with minimum tensile strength 380 MPA,A516 Grade 60 carbon steel plate with minimum tensile strength 415 MPA,A516 Grade 65 steel plate with minimum tensile strength 450 MPA,A516 Grade 70 carbon steel plate with minimum tensile strength 485 MPA.
