Comparasion with astm a514 grade C and a514 grade f steel materials
Steel materials a514 grade c and a514 grade f both come from us steel specification astm a514/a514m high strength alloy steels with quenched and tempered used in welded structures. In mechanical properties a514 grade c and a514 grade f,minimum yield strength shall above 690Mpa,and tensile strength shall above 760Mpa.Low temperature impacting test at -50 Deg.C shall be done when supplying if customer demand.
Comparasion with steel materials ASTM A514 Grade C and F ? A514 Grade F steel materials contain anti-corrosion alloy Nickel 0.7-1.0 % and Chromium 0.4-0.65 %,but A514 Grade C does not contain. So A514 Grade F steels is better to used in corrosion and moist enviroment.
