Seamless steel pipes X70 API delivery to our Saudi Arabian processing yard

In this June,We accepted 689 TONS API X70 SEAMLESS STEEL PIPES contract from Arabian American Oil Company,short for Saudi Aramco.These pipes would be used in their oil transportation lines in Thimpu port,Red Sea.

 

 

All these SMLS pipes X70 are rolling under API 5L PSL2 specifications which is very strict on chemical composition and mechnanical properties.Delivery condition under TMCP.(Thermo Mechanical Control Process),Ultrasonic test on each pipe,Flattening and Expansion tests are ok,Hydro and Eddy View are passed finally.

 

 

Before loading on break bulker,The end user arranged the third party inspection by TUV at loading port,after issued the release report from TUV officer,then we finished loading all pipes to Saudi Arabia.
