450EM steel plate shall be made by a lower sulphur and phosphorus refining process in a basic oxygen or basic electric arc furnace.BS grade 450emz steels shall be fully killed and with fine grain.Structure plate 450EM shall be vacuum degassed or ladle refined,rimming steel shall not be supplied.Maximum CEV for 450EM steel plate shall be above 0.43%.Stock 450EM steel plate thickness from 8mm to 60mm is available in Xinsteel Industrial's port warehouses in China.
