A514 Grade P steel plate is under steel standard specification for high yield strength ASTM A514/A514M.A514GrP is alloy steel plate with quenching and tempering heat treatment when rolling.There are the similar steel grade as SA514 Grade P in steel standard ASME SA 514/SA 514M.When delivery steel materials ASTM A514Gr.P,steel mill would issued the original mill test certificate,also short as MTC which report the values of main chemical composition,mechanical property,all test result when rolling of steel A514 Grade P.
